Pros

It was once a very nice place to work. Still some small pockets of people who want to do a good job.

Cons

A lot of gossip, and rumors, and lies. Sadly backstabbing is ignored or flat out rewarded. Very sad how much the company has gone down hill since The Carlyle Group took over. Too many internal teams are competing with each other for their very jobs, which means instead put their efforts into making good systems and helping to compete with outside companies, effort is wasted on internal petty struggles.

Pros

Very nice products, contributors, employees

Cons

Daytrader mentality using elbows instead motivation and natural power. Very often hidden agenda of the senior management. No logical structure in sales and marketing leads to bleeding out / burning out young professionals, soon
