Hello, thank you for your review and for all the work you've put in at Getty Images over the last 1-2 years. I'm happy to see you've had a positive experience with some of the benefits we offer to employees. I'm sorry to see, though, that you have had a less positive experience with working hours and on-call weekends. We certainly want employees to feel they have a work/life balance; it's a large part of why we implemented the Flexible Work Principles. We want employees to feel they have the ability to work in the ways that best suit them and their needs outside of work. I understand on-call weekends can be difficult, especially as we work in a business that is 24/7 and constantly changing. Please know that we take employee wellbeing very seriously. We have an internal SharePoint page specifically built to support employee wellbeing. We also offer several different resources (many of which are free) that help support employees both physically and mentally. In addition to being able to speak with your manager about these concerns, your Human Resources Business Partner is always available to talk in more detail about the resources that are available. We are also always open to feedback, so if there are resources that you feel would be helpful, I would love to hear more details. Please feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com.
