Pros

Expanding Product Line Client Relationships PTO/Benefits Office Atmosphere

Cons

Account Executives and Account Managers have very similar roles and responsibilities yet are compensated much differently. Too many accounts to manage Management needs to fix poor Target/Goal structure. Salespeople lose motivation too easily when having rough start to quarter. No incentives for bringing in new business Inconsistent travel budgets Advancement opportunities minimal Many salespeople too relaxed, lack motivation to go above and beyond. This can rub off easily on new employees.

Pros

Everyone is passionate about the work they do. It is rewarding to be surrounded by people who care so much. Having been here for as long as I have I expect things to change regulary and would think something was wrong if things got stagnant.

Cons

We are the global leader in digital media creation and licensing. Our office could use a makeover.

Pros

Well, they are everything if this is your area. Consider the fact that if you worked for another company with any relative success they will eventually buy you and you will either be working there thru osmosis or by your own design, this is not so much a pro as a fact you will come to accept. so the pro aspect is that it is Getty, they are boss in the industry...what is left of it...and with this you get minimum cache because no one out there really cares. so minimum cache in a 2 company industry. If you can keep your head down and not become invested you can survive the constant lay-offs...so this will either be the beginning of your career in stock photography or the end.

Cons

snarky, two faced middle management and a mickey mouse club mentality...super political Chicago office with an unhappy sales team and little loyalty to go around...Abusive managers and very poor decision making. they have certain people that stay there forever on end while they slash and burn everyone around them.
