      Great images around you and some people are really good and talented

      Cons

      Middle management is promoted from within and sucks. My manager was a bully and no training on how to manage people, yet management let her do whatever she wants.

      This is a pro and a con: you must be in a constant state of reaching beyond your comfort zone to meet expectations.
