Pros

Very fast paced working environment. Lots of scope to make your mark and get noticed. Not too many management layers.

Cons

Benefits are very basic and salarys are way off benchmark for the industry.. doesn't really compete with other companies that hire at the same level.

Pros

Getty is a good overall company, I've learn a lot of things and the products are really interesting. The atmosphere at work is always good and the people are the best I've ever worked with.

Cons

Sometimes the communication could be improved in order to facilitate the workflow.
