Pros

The people that work at Getty Images and iStock are awesome. There are so many bright, funny, and interesting people that it makes working there fun. The work is usually pretty interesting as well and you get a variety of projects to work on.

Cons

Management, or lack thereof, can be a hinderance at times. The expectations for you as an employee are sometimes not always clear and it can come back to bite you. There was also a tendency from some management to babysit. The bonus structure that they speak of is pretty well non-existent.
