There are many advantages to being a global company, but we understand this can also come with some required flexibility from time to time. As you mentioned, sometimes this means attending an evening meeting. Our leaders do their best to remain fair amongst all time zones and we appreciate your flexibility and support if it means having to adjust your schedule for an evening. Our teams do their best to record meetings that may be too late or early for some of our folks in certain time zones, so please know watching back a recording is always an alternate option! In terms of lack of investment in education, I would love to hear more details if you're willing to share. As a starting point, we do offer Udemy for Business, which is an extensive catalog of free online courses for employees. These courses cover a large area of subject matters and can be taken during the workday to help further an employee's development in various areas. In addition to this, we have a large library of Work Ramp courses that provide additional knowledge to employees on company topics and policies.
