Pros

Team of very intelligent, experienced people working with an extremely creative product. Good work life balance - ability to work from home when needed.

Cons

No career progression, stagnant salaries, very top heavy with a culture of micromanagement, instability from constant change for the sake of change - knee jerk reactions have degraded confidence among staff. Very little empowerment or trust for the teams of people hired to do their jobs and very little time allowed for campaigns to work. No strategy or communication from leadership - not an inclusive environment. NO change management.

Pros

Fair compensation for the industry with good benefits. Opportunities to work on a variety of technologies along side dedicated co-workers.

Cons

Excessive workloads and no work/life balance. Few advancement and training opportunities. Reorganizations without clear objectives and highly political environment resulting in lots of staff turnover. Lack of business discipline and tight budgets limit options. Poor or unknown management/executive decision making methodologies.
