      Hi, there - thank you for your review! Remote work can provide a lot of flexibility for employees, but we know it can be difficult to begin to form connections and meet other employees. To mitigate this, we have the Donut program (through Slack) to connect employees with one another to develop connections and create bonds through remote work. We also have a global morale committee, which works to host not only in-person events, but virtual events as well. We also have a Culture & Development team who has built out a wonderful internal website, showcasing all of our diversity initiatives. One very popular feature is our Employee Resource Group, which connects employees who identify as specific diverse groups in order to chat about their experiences and learn from others. All employees are welcome to join the meetings and learn about their peers. You've mentioned you'd like to see employees get rewarded more often. We are proud of our Flexible Work Principles, which give employees a high level of flexibility so they can work how and where is best for them. Our Compensation team regularly reviews market data to ensure that all of our employees are being paid fairly for the cost of labor in their market. If you are concerned about your pay, I highly encourage you to connect with your HR Business Partner and/or manager. There are resources and analysis available that can be done to help you feel confident in your pay. As for career advancement, we have recently built career ladders for every role, team, and function in the company. This allows transparency on what the next step is and how to get there. Your manager can walk you through areas of opportunity to focus on during regular 1:1s or during your quarterly check-ins.       Pros

      The team is great and everybody supports each other, which is the most important thing for me personally. Of course, the provided benefits are also important. The goals are ambitious but at the same time realistic and you have a fair chance to achieve them. The fact that you can work remotely from home is also fantastic.

      Cons

      I have been here for over 10 years and that says a lot: there is nothing to report as negative. Of course there are occasionally issues, as in each company, but there are always solutions.
