Pros

Share leader Wonderful product Great Benefits

Cons

Sales Operations is non-existent No onboarding for new employees, meaning you have to learn on the fly The company struggles to bring in new logos Very siloed with multiple sales functions chasing after the same client Sales leadership has never sold, so many of the leaders struggle to lead, put in place time consuming tasks that keep sellers from selling A bit of a one size fits all mentality at different level of the sales spectrum

Hello, thank you for your review. We always appreciate honest feedback on our current processes and initiatives. We certainly have onboarding processes in place for all teams - initial meetings with our HR Coordinator team, meet and greets with managers and peers, as well as online trainings specific to reach role, plus partnering new employees with seasoned members of the team. Your manager and HR Business Partner are always available for development conversations as well should you feel you need additional support.
