Faculty, staff, and administrator awards & recognition with outings, dinners, and social events.

Cons

The organizational culture at Gettysburg College is very snooty. Employees are nice on the front but do not go above and above to ensure inclusion, with the exception of some employees. Socioeconmic diversity does not matter, hiarchy levels are often practiced.
