      Speaking with alumni of Gettysburg College. Helping the college in their fundraising and development efforts. Highest-paying on-campus job.

      Slow nights when very few people are picking up our calls.

      Pros

      Wonderful staff, welcoming community, commitment to diversity, administrative support, excellent benefits, opportunities for professional development. Gettysburg College is a fantastic place to work!

      Cons

      Outside of the College campus it is a very different community. The town of Gettysburg is a tourist town. When tourists are in town traffic can be a hassle, and when it is not tourist season, it is very sleepy. If you are used to city life, Gettysburg will be very different. The town goes to bed around 9 pm.
