Pros

Small classrooms, close relationships with professors, intellectual peers (so long as those are the people you are looking for), intriguing syllabi

Cons

Greek life accounts for nearly 60% of the student base. I suppose this is a personal con, but it made my first two years socially difficult as I was not a fan of that particular lifestyle.

Laid-back atmosphere, trusted with materials and esteemed for skills by librarians, ability to work at own place, decent amount of schedule flexibility.

Cons

Can be repetitive, some limits on available times to come in to work, sometimes expected to be well versed in library-related software and writing trends.
