I had some great colleagues and good opportunities to pursue research outside of teaching.

Cons

Location. The tourist-oriented town is not very friendly to newcomers and major cities are close, but not really close enough.

Pros

The managers are very flexible with schedules to ensure that you have enough time to get your school work done. School always comes first with this college

Cons

It pays minimum wage, but you cannot really complain being that it is fairly low skill jobs that for the students

Pros

Absolutely wonderful benefits, beautiful place to work. Nice environment if you are a people person. Great if you have children attending college.

Cons

Communication is often poor between departments and inside departments. If you happen to work for a department with poor management there is much inequality amongst how hourly staff is treated, and in certain areas how men vs women are treated.
