Pros

This is one of the most diverse offices I’ve had the privilege to work for - I’ve never met such a fantastic group of people. The people are all like-minded, personable, and understanding.

Cons

Starting pay isn’t ideal but the quality of life makes it well worth it!

Career-building resources are plentiful Flexible work culture with a great location Great studio that works on a variety of project types

Cons

I’m not sure it’s a con, but GA has high expectations for all employees. They demand excellence in every facet. Again, I wouldn’t say this is a bad thing, but if you aren’t ready for it, be prepared to work hard to achieve the best you.
