My coworkers are great; truly love coming to work every day! The benefits of the support staff (HR, accounting, IT, etc) at Ghafari are outstanding. The attention to career growth and tracking are the best I have seen throughout my career.

Cons

The job is sometimes stressful in terms of client/ contractor interaction and deadlines (but this is typically the case at all AE firms).

Cons

If you are NOT in the architectural area, don’t expect much. High turnover for other areas as contracts start and finish.
