Talented and Creative people work together in offices around the world to serve a variety of diverse clients and projects in a supportive and collaborative environment. Management, pay and benefits are outstanding. Joining Ghafari is the best career move I have ever made.

Cons

The projector and screen in the Dearborn Lunch Room should be replaced with a monitor.

The opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. The company has been mainly focused on manufacturing for a long time. But recently that has been changing and the company has started to diversify their portfolio. The work environment is very professional and the facilities are modern and clean.

Cons

At certain times, workload management and communication could have been better. But the company strives to listen to employees and improve. The company is heavily dependent on the automotive industry, but that is starting to change.

Ghafari is a very organized and professional company. I have only been here a short time but the atmosphere is cooperative and every employee appears to be on the same page with having the company's success in servicing the customers as the primary focus. All departments seem to be well-organized to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Cons

I have not found anything of issue at this time.
