Pros

I am a very new employee. So far, I have experienced a very professional recruiting process, efficient on-boarding process, nice work environment, helpful & committed people. The company is very well respected. I have worked at big companies before and found that processes can be cumbersome and time consuming. For a large company, Ghafari's internal processes seem to be simplified and easy to navigate.

Cons

Again, I am very new and no real cons that I can see right now. Ghafari has recently implemented a flex work week which is nice, but may not seem competitive to some other large employers.
