Pros

You could meet a lot of great colleagues as they have projects around the world. Trouble is great people tends to leave as there is nothing to be pursued in this organization.

Cons

All this company cares about are the money and the family members. Don't ever dream of getting to the managerial level if you are not sharing the same surname. The branches in the Middle East were not properly established, no policies are practised here - only verbal instructions from the management which change from day to day. If you are lucky to be related (friends or family) to the management, you do whatever you like - change to whichever department you like (eventhough there is no experience) or disappearing from work (you will not get into trouble whereas others may get a warning letter). No arrangements for employees development due to budget issue as usual. I have recently read an article about the CEO said how they value their employees to achieve the business success. I did not see this happening somehow.

Pros

Good work environment. Exciting, large scale projects across the globe. Able to travel and work in several countries around the world

Cons

During busy projects life/work balance could get disrupted. Some overseas work required travel and work on weekends

Pros

None, Nothing good at all to say about this. If you want to do sub-par work for a sub-par company that only cares about their bottom dollar no matter what it costs you with no reward this is the job for you!

Cons

This was the worst job I have ever had. They lure you in to thinking you would be working in a team environment and throw entire jobs at individuals with no support or backing from the company.. NOT EVEN TRAINING. 90% of the people in management or working at this company have degrees from Wayne State in Michigan. Engineers gripe about coordination and do very poor work. Architecture department has musical chairs / dunce hat in rotation for management. Project managers have no architecture experience and can't even open a drawing, I'm not sure what they do other than make promises to clients that are unrealistic and cannot be kept. You will not be treated like a person. Worst company, worst engineers. If you suck at life and need a job that sucks worse than your life apply today, they seem to have problems keeping good people but they are great at keeping dead weight and unskilled workers. A great place to die at your desk without doing anything relevant for humanity!
