Pros
The company itself is involved in local communities, which is really cool. There is room to grow.
Cons
Not much cons. It can be very fast paced and a lot of work sometimes, management can be difficult. There's sometimes lack of involvement and communication. Only two weeks of PTO until you hit 5 year mark. This year 2025 they moved to a 4 day in office and one day remote model which isn't very competitive.
