Pros

Good benefits. Decent vacation and personal time.

Cons

Few raises or chances for promotions. Management can be less then concerned with employees. Management changes often. Customers can be difficult. Almost impossible to become full-time.

Pros

They have a high turnover of management, the interview process is very simple, therefore, it is very easy to get a job with them.

Cons

There is a lot of personal politics, no work/life balance, upper management does't welcome feedback and they no longer promote from within. They bring a lot of outsiders who don't relate well to staff.
