Pros

It's quite stable if you do what you're told.

Cons

A lot of politics and not much potential to get to any leadership if you're a female, even less if you're not European. Some join and within a few months they're promoted to the next position because they hold the right passport. Others are not even offered the opportunity despite them being seniors/experts in their area. Almost no significant trainings except a few mostly dedicated to the sales team. The service department is barely seen or heard except during monthly get-togethers to get some cake and listen to leadership speech.

Pros

Overall Company has very good policy.

Cons

Some projects are outdated still using very old MFC and vc6 technologies. Work life balance also depends on project to project.
