Pros

HR policies and benefits are very good. Enough leaves with yearly encashment facility. Balanced work/life.

Cons

1. Stupid management in department (Financial Institutions) 2. They don't value your efforts and skills, never gets appreciated. 3. Employee can't approach management for any suggestions. 4. No Internet connection. (biased) 5. Very old technology which nobody use in market. 6. No exposure to learn something new. 7. Worst working culture I ever seen.

Pros

Interesting Projects & Technology. Some really bright people working here. Compensation and benefits are okay. Overall a good experience.

Cons

The industry is changing faster than the company can (or want) to adapt. Could become a target for acquisition in the near future.
