There is no confidentiality or neutrality—raising a concern often backfires. •Zero accountability: Leadership avoids transparency. Feedback mechanisms exist only on paper. •Toxic work environment: There is a culture of fear and silence. Speaking up against unfair treatment is discouraged and penalized. •Lack of diversity and inclusion: Biases—both conscious and systemic—are visible in hiring, appraisals, and workplace interactions.
