      Pros

      Very friendly co-workers and competitive pay. Very orderly with clearly defined responsibilities for everyone.

      Cons

      HQ is in Germany, so unless you're there, not much flexibility in terms of decision making. Not the most engaging work environment.

      U get to learn a lot and work on live projects, work time and life balance, leaves are easily granted (36 leaves annually)

      Cons

      less office space and the canteen food is good only if you are a south indian
