Pros

Large and profitable company, first in class, process oriented, nice culture and values. It is also a good place for a work / life balance.

Cons

The only "con" I can see is that is that they are missing some more career opportunities. It is not that easy to move horizontally and vertically through the company.

Work life balance. Quite convenient place. Can go to Munich. Learn how vendor environment works. Multi tasking is a daily thing.

Cons

Direct manager shows favouritism and so no way for promoption. Pay and benefits are below market rate. Benefits never been increased since I joined.
