Pros

There is not one good thing a out this company it will ruin your career

Cons

Besides the low pay and the bad hours, you usually have like 4 managers to report to, too many chiefs not enough Indians. You spend half your time reporting to someone and when time runs out you get blamed for not finishing your work and you spend another half a day explaining that, the only way to get a head is to provide "special" favors to management.

Pros

Good for starting off your career if you are OK with a low bonus and mediocre benefits. Not where you want to stick around.

Cons

Management is abusive, very short staffed. Salary ranges are low. C Level management curses out staff. Customer surveys with the banks are brutal. Very very low scores. No work life balance, many many hours of overtime.
