      Pros

      Nothing comes to mind except the friendly peers and relatively good pay/work life balance

      Cons

      Many ! very political environment that has halted the development.progress of the company. Lot of cut throats running wild in side the offices ready to back stab at any chance they get. No oppertunity to carrier growth. zero recognition for the hard work you put in and manger blocks you from the lime light and gets it to himself. No useful training at all, training done by people without sufficient knowledge where experts are grumpy and try to keep knowledge to themselves. you have to suck up to managers to get somewhere . to save your position

      Can't think of any except salaries are paid on time

      Cons

      Worst working environment, HR and top management. No clear vision of management. Growth opportunities are almost nil and distrust employees.
