Pros

with more than 160 years' history, it help you to grow, providing various trainings of technical, security, etc. MNC culture made me comfortable.

Cons

After I left, I heard the revenue of the company went down, it is sad, but it is the current status of SIM card business.

Pros

Benefits are some of the best out there.

Cons

Most employees are extremely overworked. Hourly production employees are poorly paid, poorly trained and forced to work extreme overtime. Salaried workers are underpaid and it is considered a badge of honor to work 12+ hour days, everyday. It's a "me" first environment where teamwork is virtually non-existent. Nothing happens quick as everything has to go through headquarters in Munich, what should take a few days takes months. The company has been driven into financial crisis and "cost savings measures" have been enacted - i.e. laying off hundreds internationally.
