      "All song and dance.... No Substance...."

      Pros

      Friendlier and cleaner work environment than many places. Decent parking. Reasonable bus transit as warehouse-type operations go. When the machine is not broken, free coffee.....

      Cons

      Low pay, incompetent "Management", and they provide services to many of the world's leading criminal organizations (Big Banks). While an old Company, with current "Management" they have little future. G&D as they go by for short does a daily song-and-dance about "creating confidence". I am not sure who they are trying to fool with this....

      Pros

      Air conditioned during summer. Friendly operators. Tim hortons minutes away and it is pretty much off the highway

      Cons

      Hiring of managers and supervisor that have no clue in what is going on. Managers increasing the work rate and giving more reasons not to give u the 25 cent raise that you worked for all year. Bullying staff, and only getting ahead by either sleeping with the management or helping in oppressing with the staff. Very little vacation is given and blackout months are put in place and god forbid you use your 3 sick days of the year. Overall if you have a choice between working at giesecke and devrient and working at mcdonalds. Go to mcdonalds at least you will feel valued there.

      Privately held company with a healthy appetite for over-sized IT systems and well paid employees.

      Cons

      Lay offs in 2015 - 16 due to management errors of the past and waste.
