++++ Challenging work in state of art technology domain. Amazing place to work especially for those who want to build their career. +++ Senior Management is motivated and supports new business / work ideas +++ Professional and healthy work environment. Non-performers may find it strict as they are told to focus on work in office time which I see as fair expectation. ++++ I am quite amazed the kind of phenomenal growth has been achieved under able and qualified leadership +++ Salaries are at par with IT industry ++++ Benefits package of G&D is one of the best in IT industry (many people don't appreciate it) +++ Much better work-life balance as compared to other companies around in Pune
Cons
---- IT policies / processes sucks. Doesn't give impression of IT company. ----- non transperant salary slip, age old item called as festival / Diwali bonus. Why can't they just give it monthly? I guess it is part of Gurgaon team, as salary slip comes from Gurgaon person. ------ Leave and attendance system sucks. No single system which gives attendace as well as leaves. I cannot see my attendace daily. I guess it is not done via system.
