      Pros

      Good Work-Life Balance. Had some very good early years. But recent two years not too good, Having a New CEO this year so not sure of what will be in store.

      Cons

      Not informed about any changes. Also depends on your boss! Had to advance career but it all depends on which department your are in. Industry not doing well and very difficult.

      Well run company, with outstanding executive leadership in Munich. Leadership has the vision and talent to innovate and create new opportunities.

      Cons

      North America subsidiaries lack in leadership, sound inifrastructure and employees benefits. North America could provide much needed technological innovation and create new opportunities for the entire organization; it's unclear if NA presence is strategic or simply tactical in scope.
