      Pros

      Great career opportunities, locally and internationally. Always in touch with cutting edge technologies. You work in a flexible and multicultural environment. Great place to learn a lot about the areas G+D plays a role into.

      Cons

      Every company has its problems and G+D is no different. If you are a type-B person, you won’t likely succeed in their environment. Make sure you are a self learner and will dig into the areas you have been assigned for.

      Pros

      Exposure to wide variety of customers for relatively niche industry. This gives employees a wide range of experiences with other companies. Lots of international colleagues is good multicultural work environment. Compensation is excellent.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy and limited growth opportunities. Despite significant contributions to company's bottom line, management tends to take employees efforts for granted over time and easy to get in a rut. Must have thick skin and at times, have to harass colleagues to deliver on time.
