Unlimited. Useless line managers (term they use), hopeless culture and directionless top-boss. The top boss thinks he is a Steve Jobs of G&D Pune, with his so-called strict behavior, shouting at other and hurling things during meetings..! And if the top boss is like this, it percolates to the bottom. Whatever pay they offer, think 10 times before you join. Worse part is due to the technology they work with, you don't have any future job prospects in Pune or even in India.

Compensation plans are of 3rd world and perks are not the best if you are not working in HQ. Training is abysmal, I think that word is not in their German dictionary. They do not trust anyone, even their own. Politics are often seen as a power play in upper management and aliens would need to slog hard for this organization. DO NOT offer to change the internal process for the better, have a great idea or even shake anything out of the norm, this would put you in their blacklist book and they shut you out from their many silos. Beware of clowns in grey suits who would try to tell you something positive but it would mean you are already in the hit list. Good that cost cutting measures are in place.
