Cons
1) Micro management at another level. Irrespective of experience you have, you will have to work just like an assistant/executor. 2) Highly insecure seniors who will constantly need an ego massage. 3) No support from fellow colleagues. 4) No process to raise a concern/red. flag. 5) Very unorganised and cluttered way of working. 6) No where close to inclusion and diversity. 7) Flaming emails, disrespectful tone in calls, making you feel like a slave. 8) Explanation is required at all times even for a half day leave. 9) The work environment is very toxic. 10) Office politics at its peak. 11) They don't even know if there is a term called 'CULTURE' in the organisation. 12) No quality of work. 13) Typical lala company. Don't join this company under any circumstances. 14) Do not get fooled by any positive reviews over the internet. It's a trap.
