      The worst job ever!

      Pros

      Work Life Balance, flexi working hour, a few good colleagues there. Except that, really cannot think of any other pros.

      Cons

      Office is old and not clean, sometimes you can see roaches here and there . The HR in Singapore is double-sided stingy person, always smiling with you, but when you are sick need to claim medical expenses, HR will make a lot of troubles on you and trying to dig out what kind of sickness you have. When you decide to leave the company, HR will try to take last advantage from you by deduct extra leaves from you. One of the department got a very rude manager, there are so many people complained him and many good experienced staff left company because of him. After all, Join this company at your own risk.

      Only leaves encashment policy, rest HR policy virtually don't exist.

      Cons

      Highly egoistic Top management. Not tolerate fresh talent. People are fired just like cattle without any reason, point to be noted only people with buttering skills will survive. Working on old technologies. No place to learn and grow.

      Pros

      HR policies and benefits are very good. Enough leaves with yearly encashment facility. Balanced work/life.

      Cons

      1. Stupid management in department (Financial Institutions) 2. They don't value your efforts and skills, never gets appreciated. 3. Employee can't approach management for any suggestions. 4. No Internet connection. (biased) 5. Very old technology which nobody use in market. 6. No exposure to learn something new. 7. Worst working culture I ever seen.
