Pros

Still thinking.... Nope nothing at all

Cons

1. Worst in employee recognition 2. Forget about Salary increment (Range between 4 to 8 percent YOY). 3. Age old technology 4. Narrow Minded management. 5. It is no more than offshore development center where no decision maker seats. 6. Yes man managers. No use to employee at all. Frankly why they are there what they do is mystery. 7. If you are experience candidate try to avoid this company. if you think, you want revenge on yourself then surely go for it. 7. If you are overpaid manager and want to relax 2 - 3 years in your life this the company for you. and many more

If you get on well with management you might vegetate for a while without having to do too much.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere. Invalid IT operational systems. Lack of management. Politics instead of business. Lack of customer orientation.

Pros

A few team members were supportive and hardworking despite the environment.

Cons

•Rampant favoritism: Promotions and key opportunities are based on personal connections rather than performance or merit. •Unethical HR practices: HR is complicit in protecting certain individuals while turning a blind eye to genuine concerns and complaints. There is no confidentiality or neutrality—raising a concern often backfires. •Zero accountability: Leadership avoids transparency. Feedback mechanisms exist only on paper. •Toxic work environment: There is a culture of fear and silence. Speaking up against unfair treatment is discouraged and penalized. •Lack of diversity and inclusion: Biases—both conscious and systemic—are visible in hiring, appraisals, and workplace interactions.
