Extreme bad culture unfortunately driven directly by higher management. High level of favorism is part of culture. India office is no MNC rather worst than other Indian companies. Upper management just do not know how RnD works. 0% German culture and with 100% politics with HR dept virtually doesn't exist.

Cons

None. Niche product development company with some best work done by past employees.

Cons

-Less products and small - Some manager are not good - Strict time management -No team outing -No team lunch -worst canteen -To relax only Foosball table.. some times managers dot allow u to play -Parking problem -DCI2 building is not up to IT standard.
