      - nice people sprinkled among all departments - exposure to financial industry

      Cons

      - infighting between departments - no clear long term view or strategy - extremely high turnover - very low morale within organization - some abusive management - firmly situated in the past, no strong long term view - high stress on technical and day to day delivery teams, who are pitted against each other. Customer support teams are highly undervalued. - no job progression anywhere

      Cons

      If you like getting screwed over on a daily basis this is the place to be. Thoughout the last few years of my time here, the company was getting through staff faster than a revolving door. That tells you a lot about the business.
