I really enjoyed working the early morning hours because I had the rest of my day to myself. 6:30 Am to 2:30 Pm.

Cons

The pay is not competitive at all. They do not offer raises based upon performance. You can not leave the building on lunch break.

Employees are mistreated and underpaid. Management is conniving, devious, and unprofessional. HR department is incompetent.

Pros

Strong financials. You can grow in company if you work hard and fit in. Global business experience. Ethical company.

Cons

Comes down to profit, making quarterly sales. Different offices around the globe have different vacation packages. For instance- corporate in Montreal gets 2 weeks for the holidays and USA gets 2 days. Very corporate office culture although they say they are entrepreneurial.
