      Bad culture brought by inexperienced leaders in marketing. Instead of true blue blood marketing leaders, they tend to hire from advertising agencies who are horrible at leadership, people management, and are just horrible human beings. Sadly, this destroys the culture since future Senior LT most often comes from business leaders in marketing department. HR has no clue. HR not really in touch and not really good at their job
