Lack of transparency Culture has suffered with recent changes in leadership at the C level Lack of clear direction or company strategy Leadership seriously lacking when most are promoted to their roles due to individual contributor skills rather than real leadership skills Company focus heavily influenced by development and research rather than operations/manufacturing. Resulting in a lack of true knowledge in this area and unlikely success in commercial space with the exception of Virology and Cell therapy.

The culture is rigid and unsupportive. There’s a lack of genuine care for employee well-being, and the emphasis on micromanaging in-office compliance feels out of touch and especially frustrating for working parents managing complex responsibilities. Flexibility is talked about more than it’s practiced.
