      Benefits and site specific perks. (i.e. Bagel Wednesdays, onsite gym, passport discounts) Medications/treatments really do improve patients lives Work with some very talented people

      Cons

      Culture Working environment Lack of respect for employees No real development of existing employees Most employees seem very unhappy in the jobs Work/Life balance is just for appearance. It is not really encouraged

      Pros

      Good experience, fast-paced, most people around you are very motivated.

      Cons

      High level of disparity in the way management treats employees. No rhyme or reason to promotion process. Lots of politics. High level of burnout/turnover and complaining around you constantly which is demotivating. Most people do the job of 1.5-2 employees as the company prides itself in being "lean". Company spends very little on keeping employees happy.

      Great drugs. Have a gym. Free bagels on Wednesdays. Employees have opportunity to contribute to business growth.

      Cons

      Ineffective upper management. Outdated attitudes regarding GMP compliance. Ineffective systems for business operations and compliance. Not enough staff to get day-to-day work completed in a timely manner.
