      Pros

      - Really smart people - Great science - In it for the right reasons (saving lives) - High growth, see how it's done

      Cons

      - Founder culture (decision-making too lofty and behind closed doors, lack of process, etc.) still exists even though it's 30 years old - Culture of fear (perception that you can be fired at any time for any reason) pervades - For a larger company (now), they still work their people to the bone without great pay

      Pros

      R&D is pretty cool. Lifesaving medications being developed. Because they don't typically invent it, they buy it, but nonetheless they are saving lives. Has the potential to be a cool company.

      Cons

      Decision making process is awful. Supervisors need significant training to manage people. There is a do it right the first time or be fired on the spot mentality which does not foster growth or trust. It is a very backstabbing, passive aggressive culture. People are not direct. The M&A process is not transparent even to the people who help make it happen. Diversity and inclusion is on paper only and is not practiced in the company. Everyone is scared of everyone.

      Pros

      Facilities and campus. They offer some good classes and learning sessions. Take all you can then take your skills elsewhere

      Cons

      You don't know who to trust. Working here will make you paranoid because there are so many smiling backstabbers. Heed the reputation and stay away for your own sanity! Whenever there is a Director opening it's like they go out and find more crooked people to fill the opening. There is a type that is successfully at this company: quiet sheep that are there for the perks or loud, aggressive dishonest people. Don’t waste time speaking to HR, they are there to protect the company and note the “trouble makers”.
