They have no formal policy structure to hold the employees accountable. Every attempt at creating formal policy structures for employee accountability resulted in management stating they would review the documents for approval, and avoiding any future conversation.

I was promised a bonus that was in writing. When I inquired, I was told that that program was no longer valid. 95% of all good leads go to one person. Extremely high turn over. Over-priced products. Shady practices.
