Pros

Large Company that has a family feel to it. A lot of great opportunities from with-in to grow. The best bosses I have ever worked with. Many years in the field and have come to like the way they do everyday business.

Cons

It's easy to say that there are cons for working here. Let's be honest every place I have worked has a con. If you think thats not true you are being dishonest with yourself. We can not agree on everything because we all have different views. To list any cons is a waste of time.

Pros

Employees are valued and respected. You are rewarded for accomplishments and respectfully redirected when there are issues. There is a lot of room for advancement within the company and regular employee reviews with raises.

Cons

Although I prefer it, the job can be fast paced at times.
