Pros

i would say none besides working for a well recognized organization.

Cons

Compensation was terrible and the benefits were equally bad. Worked 90 hour weeks with no flex time. No discounts. Leadership was terrible and you were constantly reminded that you were replaceable because everyone wants to work in the home of the Patriots.

Pros

Flexible schedule, coworkers are friendly, slow paced

Cons

Management is a joke, they cause more problems then fix them, especially the director of catering, been the cause of employees quitting, they support and praise the employees who don't work and are lazy, while the ones who work hardest to make sure everything event or meal goes smoothly gets put down from the mistakes of others No room for growth in any field
