Pros
You get paid pretty good I did the orientation 3 hrs + 1 shift 3pm-12am & got paid $272 which 12 hrs so averaged to 22.67 ish an hour
Cons
Your literally doing nothing almost the whole time clearly Gillette likes to pay a lot of people they don't need to stand around & do nothing literally which makes the time go by so slow from 3pm-6pm we sat at a table on our phones literally nothing else then the game started & we had 3 people on just wings and cowder meaning we stood behind the counter the whole time doing nuttin and every once in a while 1 of us would go out back & switch out the empty wings for full like why do u need 3 people for this I did it most of the night by myself which I was fine with 1 of my partners on my station disappeared & went out & watched the whole game showed back up once it ended & ur told to ask ur partner what to do not manager but how u suppose to do that when they disappear the whole shift & managers don't notice or care & I had told them before hand I had to finish my 2 weeks at my previous job b4 I started but they schedule me anyways & when I asked at beginning of shift about leaving a little early because I had to work at 3am 1st manager says yea np you can leave at end of 3rd then end of 3rd comes around & asked the other manager & she got an attitude with me like are you from the temp group I said no & she says then no none of my people are leaving I don't care what u have going on and from that point forward all I literally did say sit down didn't do nothing & ur making me and 12 other people stay right now why why am I getting no sleep tonight just to hold this wall up its crazy as time inches by
