Pros

At my time with g&b, the only pros were probably the people you work with! Truly some great people, and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen.

Cons

To be quite frank, the cons outweigh the pros by a long shot. One of the first cons I noticed as soon as I started working with this company was the lack of help and consideration from management. The ceo always has something to complain about to managers which adds more stress to all employees. It’s like a domino effect. The ceo doesn’t know much about running a restaurant which falls down on the underpaid employees to figure out how to pick up their slack. Not to mention, the crowd of Ft. Collins include retirement folks with nothing but attitudes and money they think they want to spend until they see the prices. All of which include that they ‘know’ the ceo and demand compensation or to be coddled. Last but not least, you are expected to do everyone’s job! Not in your job description, and certainly not on your paycheck. But, no matter what, you will get yelled at by someone who’s not even in the area of a restaurant for not doing someone else’s job. If you’re an octopus with eight hands, this would be a great job for you. ;)

Pros

There is not a single “pro” of working for Ginger. She makes unprofessional and rude statements about her staff and guests constantly. She’s developed a very poor reputation in the area professionally and personally. She does things her own way even if she knows it’s not legal or ethical.

Cons

Too many to list but- lack of professionalism, huge turnover in management and line level employees, owner is out of touch with the market and menu prices are grossly overpriced, food is basic at best. If you want more details simply search online to read more.

Pros

Sometimes you get free pie, but if you try to take a 5 min break to eat it you will be yelled at

Cons

Overworks employees, managers and owners take no responsibility. Have been yelled at and verbally abused by owners husband. Employees are expected to stay 5+ hours past their scheduled shift because managers can’t figure out how to properly schedule
