- Great comp - Best people I've ever worked with - less bro culture than usual

Cons

- The C suite is a bit tone deaf to the point where I just stopped attending all hands. I love my department and I try to tune out the noise

Cons

- leadership or lack thereof - product vision or lack thereof - hr, benefits & payroll for non-U.S. employees (be prepared to be treated like a third-party contractor & monitor your pay slips for issues/inaccuracies)

1. Get to work with some very smart people 2. Decent compensation and benefits

Cons

1. Very bad leadership. They do not practice the values they preach. 2. Work life balance is messed up quite frequently 3. Too many responsibilities in on-call rotations 4. The sudden shift on making everything about AI is hurting the core products of the company
